Haus Atlantic, Apartment 402 in Döse, about 100 meters from the beach. This one-room vacation apartment on the 4th floor offers about 40 m² of space for 2 people and stands out especially for its panoramic lake view. It is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea.
The combined living and sleeping area is functionally furnished and features a couch, a fold-down bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for two people. From here, you can also access the balcony, which offers a sweeping view of the North Sea.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are also various restaurants and cafés in the area.
Free parking is available for guests. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.
The apartment is well-suited for couples or individuals looking for simple accommodations with a beautiful view and a location close to the beach.
The swimming pool is scheduled to be closed from January 15, 2026, through February 20, 2026.
Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can conveniently add a bedding and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:

- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
