About this apartment rental
House Atlantic, Apartment 507 in Döse, about 100 meters from the beach. This 3-room vacation apartment on the 5th floor offers about 80 m² of space for up to 4 people and is particularly impressive for its panoramic lake view. It is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea.
The living and dining area is spacious and practically furnished. Amenities include a couch, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. From here, you can step out onto the balcony with a view of the Wadden Sea.
The open kitchen is functionally equipped and features a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and storage space for clothes and luggage. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are also restaurants and cafés in the area.
Free parking is available for guests.
The apartment is well-suited for families looking for spacious accommodations with a beautiful view and a location close to the beach.
The swimming pool is scheduled to be closed from January 15, 2026, through February 20, 2026.
Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price for handling and processing the booking.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tabs
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
