About this apartment rental
Welcome to your vacation apartment at the Atlantic Residence. This modern, fully equipped apartment accommodates up to 3 people and features a living room with a kitchenette and access to the loggia, which—thanks to its large picture window offering ocean views—is a perfect place to relax even on cooler days.
The bedroom, which features two separate sleeping areas—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed—also opens onto a small loggia. The vacation rental is completed by a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The apartment has two bike parking spaces, marked with the number 312, located in the second, lockable bike storage room in the complex’s courtyard. You’ll find an outdoor parking space for your car directly behind the building.

Our Residenz Atlantic is a multi-story building with one hundred beautiful and cozy vacation apartments, some of which offer a stunning view of the lake. The beach is only about 50 m away. Cux-Rad bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Unfortunately, reservations are not possible, and bikes can only be rented in person on-site. Beach chair rentals are available at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair by email or phone. On holidays and Sundays, check-in is from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
