Atlantic Building, Strandhausallee 29, Apt. 001, 200 m from the beach Apartment 001 is located on the mezzanine level of the "Atlantic" building and covers an area of approximately 32 m² with a west-facing orientation.
The apartment is divided into a combined bedroom and living area and features a sleeper sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m) as well as a practical fold-down bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m),
which saves space during the day and ensures a restful night’s sleep.
The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped. The modernized bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Thanks to its glass enclosure, the balcony can also be used as a sunroom year-round.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
Of course, a parking space and two locked parking spots for your bicycles are also available.
Pets are not allowed.!!

Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price for processing and handling the transaction.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. That way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
