Welcome to this beautiful 2-room vacation apartment in Haus Kormoran, located on the 2nd floor and perfectly oriented toward the southwest.
The vacation apartment is divided into a living and dining area, which includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern seating area for up to four people. A selection of games, a DVD player, and a small stereo system provide entertainment on rainy days. The cozy seating area with a pull-out leather couch offers the ideal spot for relaxing evenings watching TV.
On the southwest-facing balcony, furnished with stylish seating and a sun awning, you can enjoy wonderful hours outdoors. The bathroom features a glass shower stall and is equipped with practical amenities such as a hair dryer, ironing board, and iron.
In the spacious bedroom, a comfortable double bed, built-in closets, a wall mirror, and a pull-out sofa bed for two people ensure optimal relaxation. In addition, we offer free calls to German landlines.
A private underground parking space is available for your use. As a special extra, our guests can use the on-site swimming pool and Finnish sauna free of charge*.

The swimming pool will be closed from January 7 through February 28 due to repair work.

Our individually furnished apartments are easily accessible via an elevator, and all feature southwest-facing balconies for relaxing in the sun. For added convenience, washing machines and dryers are available for a small fee. In addition, each apartment has its own designated parking space.
The modernized sauna area, featuring a Finnish sauna, a new infrared sauna, and an additional reading room, invites you to relax and unwind—a real bonus for a restful vacation any time of year.
The location of Haus Kormoran is ideal: nearby you’ll find shopping options, a selection of restaurants, and bus stops for lines 1006 and 1007.
