Exclusive vacation home in the Grosses Meer recreational area in the heart of East Frisia. Newly built in 2021, approx. 70 m² with a loft, accommodating 4 adults and a child; boat dock approx. 50 m from the house. Quiet location about 300 m from the beach.

The large garden is perfect for playing and relaxing. The Großes Meer is a 5-minute walk away, where you’ll find a large playground, a volleyball court, and boat and bike rentals at

This high-quality, detached vacation home on the Grosses Meer can accommodate up to 4 people plus a baby and features its own boat dock. With its bright, high-end furnishings and beautiful interior design spread over two floors, this vacation home ensures relaxation from the moment you arrive.
The vacation home features 2 bedrooms, a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV with LAN, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms. For added comfort, the property provides towels and bed linens. Free internet access and Wi-Fi are available throughout the house and garden.
First floor: entryway, bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen, bedroom; all rooms have underfloor heating. Upper floor: bedroom, guest restroom, and reading nook.
The “Große Meer” is East Frisia’s largest inland lake. With its sandy beach and child-friendly water depth of about one meter throughout, it is not only a popular swimming lake for locals but also offers ideal conditions for swimming, surfing, paddling, sailing, pedal boating, and fishing.
Beautiful day-trip destinations, the North Sea, and the cities of Aurich, Emden, and Norden are all within easy reach.

Schönes neues Haus mit allem was man braucht. Im frischen Frühling herlich warm und angenehm durch die Fußbodenheizung.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und viel Technik.
Kleinere Mankos sind die steile Treppe und der geringe Stauraum.
Unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Vermieter.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
