About this house rental
Cozy vacation home within sight of the Großes Meer, accommodating up to 6 people, idyllically situated right on the canal. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic to disturb you, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere. There is also no boat traffic on the adjacent canal, which makes the location particularly peaceful. Nevertheless, you can reach the Großes Meer quickly and easily with just a few paddle strokes, allowing you to enjoy both tranquility and immediate proximity to the water.
Note: Starting April 1, 2026, the municipality of Südbrookmerland will charge a 3% lodging tax on the total price. This amount is to be paid directly to the property owner.
Vacation home for 6 people:
On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 meters) and a cozy seating area, another bedroom with a double bed (1.40 meters), and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is direct access to two large balconies with a magnificent view over the canal and the Meeden. From the balconies, you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset in the summer.
The spacious bathroom also features a bathtub.
In the basement, the kitchen-dining area with a reading nook opens directly into the fireplace room, which features a cozy seating area and a TV. From here, you step out onto a veranda that leads to the garden with a boat dock.
The sauna, shower, and second restroom are located on the first floor.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
