Welcome to the Hecht family’s idyllic vacation homes in Südbrookmerland on the Great Sea.
A perfect vacation destination for up to 4 guests. These charming vacation homes offer 60 square meters of living space, including two cozy bedrooms on the upper floor, a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Enjoy the peace and quiet and relax on the spacious porch, which invites you to linger.
The two vacation homes, situated side by side, are located directly on the idyllic waterways of East Frisia and each features its own private dock with a small paddleboat, which is included in the rental price.
Since the vacation homes are separated only by a hedge, they are ideal for two families or an extended family who want to vacation together. Of course, each home can also be booked separately.
Hecht 1 Vacation Home
The two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two single beds (90x200), offer you a peaceful night’s sleep. If needed, the beds can easily be pushed together to form a double bed. One bedroom has a wardrobe, and the other has a narrow dresser.
The vacation home features a separate, fully equipped kitchen that has everything you could need. Here you’ll find:
Refrigerator- and freezer
Electric stove with oven
Dishwasher
Microwave
Coffee maker
Electric kettle
Toaster
Blender
Dish towels
Initial amenities
Amenities in the naturally lit bathroom:

A hair dryer is also available for your use
In the living area, you’ll find a sofa set, a dining table for 6 people, a radio, and access to the veranda with a magnificent view.
Additional amenities include two private parking spaces with a carport right next to the house, a TV, and free Wi-Fi, which allows you to stay connected even while on vacation. Long-term rentals are available for extended stays.
Bedding and towels are included in the rental price.
Pets are welcome! There is a charge of 30.00 euros per week per pet.
