Seagull Bliss by the Sea—come together, laugh, and enjoy.
A cozy and family-friendly seaside cottage, approximately 56 square meters in size, with access to the water on three sides on the Great Sea!
You enter the vacation home via the large, partially covered terrace, which features new furniture and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding canals. Inside the house, just off the small entryway with a coat rack, you’ll find the master bedroom in the annex, featuring a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, and a TV.
In the main house, you’ll find the living and dining area with a sofa, armchair, TV, dining area, and several built-in closets offering ample storage space.
The other rooms branch off from here:
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, a small dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a Senseo pad machine; a separate freezer is located in the storage room outside the house.
The two other bedrooms each have a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m and 0.90 m x 1.90 m, respectively); one of the rooms also has a changing table and a fold-out crib.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink, window, hair dryer, and a top-loading washing machine.
Air conditioning (for heating and cooling) is installed in the living/dining area and in the master bedroom.
All rooms in the house (except for the bathroom) offer great views of the canals! You’ll find some games and books in the house, and the main windows are equipped with fly screens. A high chair is also available in the house free of charge.
The large, elevated wooden deck is furnished and equipped with a parasol; the part of the garden visible from here is fenced in.
Next to the house, you’ll find a lockable storage room with a power outlet for any bicycles you bring along. You’ll also find an inflatable SUP here, as well as paddles for the rowboat, which can be launched directly from the slipway. It’s just a few minutes’ paddle in the rowboat to reach the Great Sea! You also have the option of bringing your own boat, launching it at the nearby boat ramp, and then using the property’s private dock.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome upon prior registration and for a separate fee; smoking is not permitted inside the house.
There is space to park 1–2 cars in front of the property.

A pizzeria is 200 m away; other restaurants, boat rentals, a surf school, a children’s playground, and the beach are approximately 700 m away.

Families in particular appreciate the shallow shoreline areas and the natural surroundings.
