About this house rental
Are you looking for peace and relaxation, far away from the stresses of everyday life!? Then you’ve come to the right place.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, right on the water!! It offers 80 square meters of living space. It’s divided into a bright and inviting living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a guest bathroom and a storage room in the basement.
Upstairs, there is a large, bright bedroom with a double bed (a travel crib can be set up if needed), as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
The 400-square-meter property, with direct access to the water, is fenced off from the neighbors to ensure your privacy. It offers plenty of space to relax on a sun lounger, for children to play, or for your four-legged friend to run around. Two sun terraces invite you to linger. Thanks to the gas grill on site, nothing stands in the way of cozy barbecue evenings.
Water sports enthusiasts will find everything they could want here. Two kayaks, a canoe, and a stand-up paddleboard are available for your use.
A fee of 20 euros per week is charged for use of the outboard motor.
Fishing is also no problem with a valid license.
Everything you need to unwind is right here.
Those who enjoy cycling will also find plenty to enjoy here. Many beautiful bike trails lead in various directions, allowing you to explore the lovely region of East Frisia. You can store your bikes in our log cabin.
A skate park, movie theater, go-kart track, swimming pools, and shopping are all within a 20-minute drive. The beautiful North Sea and the fishing village of Greetsiel are about a 30-minute drive away.
