55 Stairs Apartment - apartment with 60m terrace facing the sea and the Old Town

The apartment was lovely and had a fantastic view. The patio was great for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The owner takes care of the cleaning and it was spotless. The apartment has external locked gate and is very secure. The location was adjacent to old town without being in the middle of the mass of tourists. It was an easy walk into old town and all of the shops and restaurants. There is a small market a few doors down with all of the necessities including fresh breads/pastries and a coffee machine for the morning as well as meat, cheeses, and wine for your evening lounge on the patio.And the service? Wow! Ruth’s communication was great in making sure we knew exactly where to go and working to accommodate our travel schedule. Though we didn’t need it, they seemed willing to accommodate luggage drop off if the apartment isn’t ready. The owner’s apartment is just below with a beautifully, well-maintained garden. She was super sweet when we interacted with her.Unfortunately, our luggage didn’t make it on our flight into Dubrovnik and we were told that it would be delivered the next morning. We went to dinner in Old Town the evening we arrived and were surprised to get a message from the airline courier that he was five minutes away from the apartment to deliver the luggage. With no way to get back quickly, I texted Ruth. She handled it all and our luggage was waiting for us when we returned to the apartment. Amazing service!

An exceptional apartment, very spacious. The view from the patio was breathtaking. Opening our bedroom patio doors, stepping out onto the patio and looking at old town Dubrovnik was beyond words. We loved our time just sitting on the patio enjoying a bottle of wine after a busy day. Hosts and property manager were wonderful.

Wonderful apartment! Outstanding inside and amazing porch with incredible views. Easy 5 min walk to Benje Beach and 8 min walk to Old Town!
