Apartament jest bardzo zadbany i czysty a gospodyni jest sympatyczną i bardzo pomocną osobą. Kuchnia wyposażona jest we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty: duża lodówka, piekarnik, płyta indukcyjna, zmywarka. Dodatkowo garnki, patelnie, sztućce, talerze, przyprawy, olej, folie do pakowania żywności, kawę, cukier i wiele innych. W łazience podobnie: pralka, kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów. Gospodyni daje szczegółowe przejrzyste instrukcje dojazdu oraz dostępu do apartamentu. Zorganizowała nam też transfer lotniskowy w obie strony. Apartament położony jest w spokojnej okolicy i nie trzeba wpinać się po dużej ilości schodów.
