FREE parking Marli 5 - Studio apartment

The apartment is well located on the main local bus routes into the Old Town with the nearest bus stop about 150m away. it takes less than 5 minutes into Pile stop at the Old Town. There is also a bus stop for return to the airport about 7 minutes away downhill from the apartment. The airport bus from the airport does not stop there and it is best to go the the bus station in Gruz and get a 1A/1B bus to the apartment as it is about 2km walk otherwise. there are at least 3 supermarkets within 7 minutes walk as well as a bakery. The apartment was spotless, well furnished and spacious and included a washing machine which I can't remember was in the listing - I didn't use it but would have been useful if I had stayed longer. There is minimal road noise from the road at the back or front. Although I didn't hire a car the inclusion of a parking space is a bonus if you need it. It was easy to access the ferry/boat services at Lapad - around 12 minutes gentle downhill walk.

I was initially perturbed by trying to get into the front door despite the instructions - the force I had to use to open it was substantial more than I expected and I seriously worried I might break the lock. A coded external key box on the wall would make life easier. The very large central light over the bed was not working but it didn't bother me too much but others may not to happy with that. The tablelight on the furniture unit beside the bed has a non standard plug with distorted pins and thus it could not be used even though I had a suitable adaptor. I never did work out how the hot plates in the kitchen area worked, They never got warm enough. Some instructions would be useful. Despite these issues I would recommend the property.

Przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy instrukcję dotyczącą kluczy do apartamentu i parkingu. Apartament przestronny, czysty z aneksem kuchennym i kącikiem kawowym. W łazience dostępne akcesoria do mycia/golenia/demakijażu jak ktoś zapomni oraz jednorazowe kapcie i oczywiście pakiet ręczników. Na tarasie leżak oraz fotele ze stolikiem. Blisko centrum, do starego miasta około pół godziny pieszo. Blisko do plaży Bellveue

Od strony tarasu biegnie kolejna ulica, więc jest dość głośno, poza tym był remont w budynku obok, przez co też był hałas- ale to nie jest wina właściciela.

Super plek op loopafstand van het centrum. Super fijn groot balkon, leuk eettentje de weg naar beneden in een klein parkje. Dat heet kiosk Dubrovnik. Super chille plek om auto te parkeren. Onder het appartement. Waren al 4 weken aan het reizen dus veel bagage. En fijn dat we hond mee konden nemen.

Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Op de laatste dag toen we vertrokken bleek de eigenaar naast ons te wonen. Toch altijd een beetje vreemd als je daar later achter komt. Wij vinden het altijd wel leuk als ze wel even contact maken en je een beetje wegwijs maken. Maar klein detail hoor! Verder heel blij met keuze!

Le stationnement, la proximité d’une plage et restaurants qui sont à l’extérieurs de la vieille ville. On se rend à la vieille ville à la marche en 15 à 20 minutes et il y a la possibilité de prendre un bus.
