PRIVATE PROPERTY (lease only) - Located in the heart of Montefeltro, Villa Paola is a beautiful country house with a private pool and garden; the perfect location for a holiday made of nature, relaxation, breathtaking landscapes, fun, and much more.
On the ground floor, a large covered porch equipped with garden furniture leads you to the main entrance. From here you enter the large living room with a fireplace, then you find a masonry kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and a pantry room.
On the first floor, you find another living room with sofas and a fireplace, a second kitchen for breakfast use, and a beautiful balcony with a panoramic view. On the first floor, you will also find the sleeping area with 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub, 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and en suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a French bed, and 1 bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool with solarium area, the gazebo, the BBQ, and the beautiful garden will allow you to have fun and relax outside.
A large garage is available to leave cars in the shade.
Villa Paola is only a few minutes away from the delightful village of Sant'Angelo in Vado and the town of Urbania, two of the most beautiful villages in Montefeltro, where you will find all the main services, such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars. Just a few km away you can visit Urbino, a UNESCO heritage city and capital of the Italian Renaissance. The sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea can be reached in less than one hour by car or if you prefer the mountains, the Apennines with the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Park can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The location of the house was nice and landscape around is wonderful. The pool was very pleasant. The house was very well equiped and pleasant too.
The water pressure in plumbery was sometimes problematic. The mastress need to be changed as they are quite too soft.
The earthworks and civil works on the main road made our Life a Little bit complex to access some locations. But should be solved no.

A very, very nice place and a great view! We spend our holidays with 7 adults and 2 kids in the villa Paola, we had a lot of space, the Villa is very big and clean, the garden and pool are wondeful. We enjoyed to be here. The sevice was great, they helped us with all questions.
