Holiday home for rent with private pool in Conil de la Frontera. There is a WiFi connection and centralised air conditioning, along with the small private plunge pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.
The house consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bright lounge diner has a sofa and table and chairs, while the kitchen is fully equipped. There is one bathroom with shower.
In the exterior area there is an artificial lawn area with barbecue and private pool. There is exterior furniture from which you can enjoy the pleasant summer breeze.
The house is well located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town, but at the same time just a 15 minute walk from the town centre.
Los Bateles beach is around two kilometres away and there are many other beaches worth exploring less than a 10 minute drive away, such as that of El Palmar, and the coves of Roche.
The accommodations in Conil de la Frontera are in great demand both in the summer season and at any time of the year. Being so the period between May and October when it reaches maximum occupancy. So much for the good atmosphere of the area as for the pleasant climate that enjoys the Costa de Conil all year round.
