About this house rental
Nice, chic and priceworthy chalet with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and private pool only 500m from Conil de la Frontera, with wifi This home offers 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and each two single beds, an American kitchen with washing-machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, dining-table with 4 chairs, complete bathroom with tub and shower, living room with 2 sofas, fireplace and international SAT TV.
On demand the owner provides a crib for babies and electrical heating in winter.
Around the terrace and the pool there are tropical plants and a lawn, a cute covered outdoor-kitchen for your evening-barbecue next to your private pool, a table, chairs and deck-chairs.
You enter the plot through an automatic gate, otherwise it is fully protected by a wall.
In the vicinity there are some more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000mtrs = ten minutes walking.
The next house, Casa MARINAS, is almost identical and can also be rented – perfect for two families !

We had a nice stay at Casa Miriam. The Villa caretakers were responsive by phone but speak very little English so please be aware if your Spanish isn’t great. Supermarkets are very conveniently located close by and the walk into the main town is achievable but uphill on the route back which could be slightly challenging. A hire car is probably recommended. The Villa space was ideal for our party and the villa was well stocked with amenities, although the pool was fairly cold but possibly to be expected for this time of year.

Perfect for what we needed. Clean, private and well appointed. We used Casa Miriam as a base for visiting local beaches and for trips to Seville and Cadiz. The small swimming pool was perfect for a quick dip to cool off.

The street address provided was not quite accurate - the villa is on a side street, 150m off the named road. The owner was quick to provide assistance when we called for directions.
Would recommend this as a base for the area.
