Villa in Conil with spacious three bedrooms, two bathrooms, porch and large garden very quiet.
House specially equipped for families, with protection fence for children, in a very quiet area, in closed urbanization without traffic next to the town, 5 min walk to the town
The house is fully equipped, Andalucian country style with a lot of space as well as open spaces, handicapped access.
With outdoor porch very nice to eat outside and barbecue, large garden of 500 m and private pool, is an ideal place to rest.
Wifi, HD TV, screen 50 p,, dishwasher, microwave, 1000 meters of plot, sun loungers, parking for several cars, automatic door.

What an amazing property and from booking to our arrival and stay Paco has been fantastic.
The house is clean, really well equipped and in a quiet location but walking distance to shops (about a mile and a bit)
We've had a brilliant week and would definitely book and come again

We arrived late and Paco and toni were there to greet us and our two dogs. Upon arrival we were greeted with hosts who we felt we had known for many years! Happy, helpful but not obtrusive. They knew we just needed to relax! So, after a very happy checkin we just sat in the lovely outdoor area stareing at the pool and lovely flat enclosed outdoor space. Perfect for two Mastins, whilst our dogs are quite lazy they will search in pursuit of food, goats to round up or otherwise but they were in heaven as the space here is amazing. So very well maintained. We have a business for many years here in Spain so didn¨t venture out too much as we just needed to read, realx and eat.. The pool is wonderfult too but a little cold for my liking in May - but that´s just me! I´m "nesh" On the last night (I was sad to be leaving) but had to return to attend to work but we did venture into Conil town. Lots of bars and restaurants, lovely but we just wanted to go back to the villa and enjoy the tranquility and peace. The villa is just a few minutes drives into town, Mercadona and Aldi very near. Quite honestly, you can stay day in and day out at Paco and Toni´s villa and never move or, enjoy the nearbytown and beach. We chose to do the former and it was perfect. We were guests in Paco's house for ten days with 4 senior adults. The house is in a quiet location. It is equipped with every comfort. The location is easy to find thanks to Paco's directions. We enjoyed the pool. If there is anything, paco is easy to reach via Whatts app and he solves it. A perfect host. We can recommend the house to people who want to visit this part of Spain.

Casa muy acogedora con todo lo que uno necesita. Todo muy limpio y nuevo, con una piscina genial y muy buena ubicacion. Recomiendo 100%. El trato recibido por el dueño ha sido exquisito. Repetiremos.
