About this house rental
Nice, chic and priceworthy chalet with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and private pool only 500m from Conil de la Frontera, with wifi Casa Marinas is a very well tended house with private pool and offers 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and each two single beds, an American kitchen with washing-machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, dining-table with 4 chairs,
complete bathroom with tub and shower,
living room with 2 sofas, fireplace and international SAT TV.
On demand the owner provides a crib for babies and electrical heating in winter.
Around the terrace and the pool there are tropical plants and a lawn, a cute covered outdoor-kitchen for your evening-barbecue next to your private pool, a table, chairs and deck-chairs.
You enter the plot through an automatic gate, otherwise it is fully protected by a wall.
All Windows have mosquito net.
In the vicinity there are some more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000mtrs = ten minutes walking.
The next house, Casa MIRIAM, is almost identical and can also be rented – perfect for two families

Wir waren im September 2019 zwei Wochen im Casa Marinas. Das Haus und der Garten waren super gepflegt und es war sehr schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich.

Die Vermieter sind sehrfreundlich und nett,jederzeit hilfsbereit.
wir mussten leider früher abreisen,das war kein Problem.
Leider war es im Haus ziemlich kalt.das Wetter war auch nicht ideal.
Aber wir kommen wieder.So nette Gastgeber muss man erst finden.

La estancia en Casa Marinas fué inmejorable. La casa estaba en muy buenas condiciones, limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Los dueños muy amables y atentos, un detalle la botella de vino de bienvenida. La ubicación, perfecta si no te gusta estar muy lejos del pueblo, pero tampoco quieres estar dentro de el. Seguro que repetiremos.
