About this house rental
modern new house with private pool for 4 persons, near to Conil but in natural surrounding, with free WiFi Perfect house for a relaxing family holiday with the opportunity to go into the old town of Conil on foot. Just as the house itself, the decor is bright and modern. The small, child-safe pool area is ideal for swimming and relaxing.

• open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, large fridge and all the necessary cooking equipment

The pool measures some 3.5 x 7m. In the fenced pool area are chairs and a parasol on soft artificial grass.
A small beautiful, covered patio in front of the house is furnished with table and chairs. The brick barbecue next to the pool area completes the picture.

Piscina maravillosa y casa con Aire Acondicionado. Limpieza de diez. Zona muy tranquila.
Equipamiento muy adecuado y confortable ( única pega, faltaba horno).

In den 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes fühlten wir uns im Casa Chaparro 2 sehr wohl! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt wird. Veronica und Juan Manuel sind sehr nette Menschen und waren immer ansprechbar und immer auch kurzfristig vor Ort, wenn es notwendig war.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung für alle Interessierte weiterempfehlen und überlegen uns selbst auch einen zweiten Aufenthalt dort zu planen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Conil sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, bei Problemen( einmal Abfluss verstopft, einmal Internetprobleme) war der Hausverwalter sofort vor Ort und konnte die Probleme beheben.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool nur einmal inspiziert, eine Reinigung erfolgte nicht, obwohl eigentlich zugesagt.
Durch die Südlage des Hauses hat man bis in die späten Abendstunden die pralle Sonne im Balkon und Grillbereich, sodass man sich im Juli dort leider nicht aufhalten kann.
Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.
