About this house rental
nice villa for 6 persons, with private pool, quiet, only just some 500m from Conil, with WiFi. Near Conil you have this neat Casa NOE with its covered south-western porche to enjoy your sun-downer. The house is nicely equipped with:
Rustic Andalusian-style American kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, ceran-cooking, oven, washing-machine, dish-washer, coffee-machine, toasters, iron etc.
Complete bathroom with shower.
Large living-room with sofa and arm chairs, dining-table, TV with British and international channels (via SAT) and fireplace with ventilator.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with built-in cupboards, one master-bedroom with a doublebed and two bedrooms with each two single beds.
The house offers some 120smtrs and in the garden you find a beautiful swimming-pool of 8 x 4 mtrs with deck-chairs on the lawn.
Near the entrance there is a carport for your car and a nice barbecue with outdoor-kitchen.
You enter the plot through an automatic gate, otherwise it is fully protected by a wall.
In the vicinity there are some more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000mtrs = ten minutes walking.

Casa Noe is very nice
It has a great pool which is very warm and is very comfortable
The villa was clean and reasonably well appointed .
However given how hot the weather was, it would have been nice to have been provided with fans for the bedrooms which we bought ourselves and have left for the next guests . Although we were told afterwards that we could have asked for fans we feel they should have been provided or we should have been told we could request them . It’s easy to communicate with the Casa Conil team and when the toaster broke they very quickly bought us a new one . I would recommend this villa as it’s easy to walk into town ( 20 mins) and is in a quiet area . It’s easy to drive to nice beaches and places of interest eg Cadiz .

Wir haben als Familie (Eltern mit drei erwachsenen Kindern) zwei wundervolle Wochen im Casa Noe verbracht. Das Haus hat eine optimale Größe und es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Grundstück ist großzügig angelegt mit einem unglaublich schönen Garten, der einmal die Woche von einem Gärtner gepflegt wird, genauso wie der Pool. Wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt weht einem süßer Blütenduft durch die Nase. Der Teil vom Grundstück mit Pool und Terrasse liegt eigentlich den ganzen Tag in der Sonne, so dass man auch hier tolle Sonnentage verbringen kann. Das Casa Noe ist super gelegen: Supermärkte in weniger als 5 Autofahrminuten, Innenstadt von Conil in ca. 10 Minuten und im Radius von 10-20 km gibt es zahlreiche wunderschöne Sandstrände. Manolo der Vermieter ist unglaublich aufmerksam und reagiert sehr schnell auf Wünsche. Er spricht zwar nur spanisch, dank Übersetzungs-Apps aber gar kein Problem. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
