Exceptional

It was amazing stay. Please be aware that you must come by car, no bus goes there and overall it would be easier to visit around. This was our main location for our one week in italy as its very central and close to Florence, Pisa, Siena.. We arrived later than check in time but Marina was waiting for us and welcomed us warmly. The place is near Vinci so we could still get a late dinner from there. Parking was available on all times. Our room definitely exceeded our expectations. It was big, clean and absolutely beautiful. You can notice how much attention to detail there is so you can feel in an authentic Tuscany. It was also cleaned every day which we didn't expect. We had booked the last room available which was an appartment and we had a whole kitchen with fridge and even dishwasher! I definitely didn't expect that and it was great surprise. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional, great view, if good weather you can sit outside with amazing view. You really can't ask for more. Thank you Marina!

The house was even better than you see in the pictures, it was so beautiful! our host Marina was so welcoming and kind and the breakfast was also really good, we had great weather and we’re able to sit outside. We will be recommending this place to all our friends!

Lovely place - would stay again

It was like staying with a caring aunt. The host Marina took such great care of us. And made delicious lunch bruschetta for us.

Not necessarily a dislike of the place, but just a tip - bring your own car to get around!

Beautiful property with stunning views, Marina was an exceptional host even offering her husband to drive us to a local restaurant as we didn’t have a car. We recommend having a car, but it did not hinder our stay as we managed to get taxis to and from Vinci and the local area. We loved our holiday here and we will be back!

Delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Lovely hilltop location with a super view of surrounding countryside. Boutique decor and lovely room. Very nice hostess. Enjoyed a quick dip in the pool.

We loved everyrhing! The host Marina, went out of her way to accomodate us and we are greatefull for that. The breakfast was superb. The views were beatuiful. All in all 10/10. Would love to come again.

Amazing place to just be

Such an amazing place! We totally loved the location and the view. Our room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, especially the home made cakes. For all who are traveling by train/ bus: it isn't too hard to get there even without a car. And it's totally worth it. You can walk around and get easily to Vinci.

Since we didn't get there by car we wanted to know beforehand if there is any close public transportation. Unfortunately the owners never got back to us. But we managed to get there and it wasn't a problem at all.
