Ett mycket fint genuint toskanskt boende för hela familjen! Fina rum som har det man behöver. Egen uteplats med grill. Fina omgivningar med roliga aktiviteter för barnen så som gungor, foosball, pingisbord mm. Stor fint poolområde med sköna solstolar. Lyxig med Jacuzzi bad man fick boka gratis. Även att man kan boka/köpa bröd som levereras till frukost är toppen.
Vägen för att ta sig till och från boendet är mycket smal och krokig.

Good location, close to Montecatini Terme and Grotta Giusti.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for us.
We had a BBQ outside, plenty of fire wood.
We haven`t used the pool and spa due to weather conditions.

Wunderschön hergerichteter, sehr gepflegter Hof der aus einigen wenigen Wohneinheiten und toller Gartenanlage besteht. Super Lage in den Hügeln der Toskana, umgeben von Öl- und Weinplantagen in gut erreichbarer Nähe zu tollen Städten wie Pisa, Lucca und dem schöne Florenz… und ganz nah, das bezaubernde Pistoia.
Barbara und ihre Familie sind super freundliche Gastgeber und jeden Tag vor Ort und ansprechbar und hilfsbereit für alle Fragen.

The host and the location are amazing! It is a real "farm" stay for a relaxing vacation. If you do not plan on driving much around Tuscany, this can be the perfect place.
We had a lot of bugs coming from all the places. In the US we call them stink bugs, crawling everywhere, including in between the bed sheets. Mosquitoes were also a big trouble.
The biggest problem we had was the location, which although beautiful, it is a very tight climb with a lot of local drivers speeding up and down the hill.
Also, I cannot put emphasis enough on how dangerous the driving there became for us one night.
We were driving back to the house and as we approached it uphill, the road was blocked due to construction (we were not warned by the host and Google Maps was also unaware of it), and we got blocked on a tight road with no phone service. After returning to the local town to get phone service, the host was unavailable to answer, so we got a new route on Google Maps, which rerouted us to an extremely dangerous off road / gravel path by the cliff, which we got lucky to not have gotten stuck or have gotten a tree blocking us, falling on the car or have the car sliding down the cliff. There was absolutely no way of reversing or U turning to get back, so we had to proceed, which lead to damages to the car and extreme risk to our lives.
