About this villa rental
This astonish beautiful house lays on the Tuscan hills few km far away from Pistoia. Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Apuan Alps and tirrenian coasts are within 30 min to 60 min drive to reach. It is the ideal starting point to visit the Tuscany and the perfect place to spend lazy days under the sun.
The dominant position offers an amazing panoramic view from the house and the garden.
Quarrata a big village where you can find everything, only 3 km downhill away.
Just after sundown when the lights in Pistoia slowly switch on, you'll want to take a look around. A breathtaking view!
The house is divided into 2 large apartments: "Fabio" and "Vasco", each one with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entrances of the 2 apartments are on opposite sides of the house, so the privacy is preserved if the apartments are rented by families not traveling together.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Pool is open from 15th may through the end oft he first october week. These dates can slightly change every year according tot he weather conditions.
Heating: heating costs ARE NOT INCLUDED. If guests need heating, heating costs will be calculated on effective consumption. GPL price will be calculated taking the price shown on our latest bill. According to Itlian law heating is permitted from 1st November through the first April week.

The property was beutiful, and far nicer than the pictures. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and our friends family of four. The home was clean and decorated nicely, and was fully stocked for cooking and grilling. The location was great-about a 45 minute drive to Florence and the surrounding area. The pool offered a refreshing break from the heat, and we used it daily. We would love to return here again, and will definately recommend this to friends who will be visiting Italy!
