Casa Vita is a splendid villa, with a large garden and a large private swimming pool.Entirely renovated in the interior, with a truly unique and romantic style: wooden beams, wonderful furnishings, large kitchen with island and a style that makes this house luxurious and cozy.On the ground floor: there are a kitchen with island, a living room and aTV room.On the first floor: there are four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.The outdoor area has been furnished with outdoor sofas and tables and great attention to detail; the large swimming pool is perfect for relaxing moments during hot summer days.In the area, you will find the most famous wine cellars of Verdicchio di Matelica and the outlet of Armani.With an hour drive, you can reach the Conero coast, Frasassi caves, the outlets of Montecosaro Tod's, Fay, Prada and the Sferisterio of Macerata.Pool open from June to September.
