This farmhouse is perfect for those who are in search of relaxing time. The garden is fenced and private, equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas and barbeque for outdoor dining. The pool is biodepurated, with a small waterfall and a sunbathing area with loungers and parasol. There are also games for children and 3 mountain bikes available for guests. Near the house, in a small renovated annex, there is a small museum with some tools of the old peasant civilization. The apartments can be rented separately or in a single request by 8 guests. In the case of renting a single apartment for 4 guests there is the possibility of having to share the common areas (garden, swimming pool, etc.) with other guests. The published prices refer to the rent of both apartments, in case of request for only one of the two write to us for an ad hoc quote. The rental price includes utilities. The owners, who manage the farm, are available to prepare, on request, delicious breakfasts and tastings of typical products, to be paid extra than the rent.

Ampi spazi sia gli appartamenti sia all’aperto, con una bella piscina. Proprietario molto attento e premuroso. Sull’annuncio VRBO la mappa è sbagliata.

Nous avons passez 2 agréables semaines de vacances en famille, la maison est spacieuse et très bien entretenu, les lieux sont magnifiques.
Frediano notre hôte est très gentil et très prévenant.

We had a wonderful week in Cessapalombo. Tiziana and Nando were very hospitable, and even laid on a delicious lunch of local specialties for our last day. The accommodation is simple, but has everything you need, and the location of the house is stunning. If you want to get away from it all, we cannot recommend this place highly enough. In the day, butterflies dance and lizards dart around the lovely pool, and by night we were serenaded by crickets and the local peregrine falcons. The Monti Sibillini National Park offers many wonderful walks and places to explore on your doorstep. Highlights included the Gole d’infernaccio (Devil’s Gorge) and medieval parade in Sarnano. We also recommend a visit (and pizza!) at the nearby Giardino Farfalle.
