About this villa rental
The name of my property is 'La pieve'. This is a wonderful country house with swimming pool also for kids. From the large porch you can see the breathtaking landscape of Monti Sibillini and you can do trekking. The spectacular landscape, in particular to the sunset when the sun disappears behind the mountains, and the sounds of the nature, how the rustle of the leaves move from the light evening breeze with the singing of the birds, will project in a other world: a world of peace, serenity and hope. At about 2km rises Gualdo, a very ancient village, of longobard origins. Very beautiful to visit the narrow streets of the historical center; Leaving from the villa, briefly it is possible to reach the San Giacomo thermal bath (10 km) or the very beautiful beaches of Adriatico. In the neighbourhood it is possible to practise riding, the flight free with deltaplane or parapendio etc.Our villa is equipped with 5 rooms: 1 double and 4 matrimonial, with the possibility of adding 2/4.

Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed.
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche.
The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties.
This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well.
The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a fantastic villa with views to the Sibillini mountains. Nearby is the very picturesque town of Sarnano with many other towns to visit within comfortable driving distance. We spent a very pleasant week walking and cycling in the mountains. Michelle, the owner, put us in touch with Jimmy Stefoni a local guide who arranged bikes, bike rides and walking routes. The wild flowers in the mountains are a sight to behold and the views are stupendous. Watching the sun go down on the mountains from the veranda is a very pleasant way to end the day. The villa is well equipped and has good generous sized rooms. Michelle provides all the help you need. Highly recommended.
