Casa Carboni is a comfortable restored villa with a private pool in stunning scenery. This house, newly renovated is situated in Penna San Giovanni bordering the National Park of Sibillini Mountains. The property is a stone-house comprising 180 square meters of living space over two floors. It has traditional exposed stone walls, tile and beam ceilings. All rooms are spacious and generously proportioned, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light and the furniture is quite comfortable. Everything has been thought of for guest’holiday enjoyment by the caring and friendly owners.
Casa Carboni is found in the middle of Le Marche just a few minutes from the medieval towns of Sarnano and San Ginesio, 30 min. from Macerata where take place the Sferisterio Opera Festival and 10 min. from the Sibillini National Park, a vast area covering nearly 2 milion acres, making it the third biggest in Italy. The Monti Sibillini National Park boasts some of the highest mountains in the Apennines with Monte Vettore 2,476 (8,124 ft) Sibilla, Priora and many others which dominate the skyline for miles around. Relaxing around the panoramic pool with a glass of Italian wine after a hard day of trekking or visiting local villages and towns, Casa Carboni is ideal for friends and families in search of beauty and comfortable place.
