Gianni and his wife are the best hosts ever! Such a great place to stay, where hospitality is in the DNA of the place. The appartment is typical Italian, where nothing is missing! Our kids loved the friendly dog Lilla, and cried having to leave her behind. Hope to come back soon! 😀

Krasny, velky, skvele vybaveny apartman s teraskou, bslkonem a uzasnym bazenem uprostred umbrijskych lesu, presto v blizkosti pamatek, a hlavne s neskutecne srdecnymi majiteli, kteri se o vse s laskou staraji a je to znat. Vychlazena lahev vody v lednici byla po prijezdu dukazem. Moc radi se vratime a dekujeme za krasne dny ve Valtopine!

Sono appena tornata da un soggiorno di 5 giorni presso Cerqua Rosara Residence. Eravamo un gruppo di 8 ragazzi e abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento più grande del residence. L'appartamento era molto grande, pulito e molto accogliente. Era dotato di tutti i tipi di comfort e rispecchiava completamente le foto e le descrizioni presenti qui su Booking. Avevamo inoltre a disposizione un giardino esterno privato dove era presente un gazebo con tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all'aperto. La zona piscina era situata leggermente distante rispetto all'appartamento, permettendo di usufruirne anche dopo pranzo senza disturbare gli altri ospiti presenti. La piscina era molto grande e pulita, con numerosi lettini e sdraio. Adiacente alla zona piscina era inoltre presente una zona rialzata con angolo cottura, frigorifero, tavolini e sedie per poter mangiare con vista piscina. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, il Signor Gianni e la Signora Alice, che sono stati gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza per tutta la durata del soggiorno. BEAUTIFUL PLACE. We were very warmly welcomed and kept in touch with the owner for any need we had. Super nice! Awesome pool in separate area (good privacy and noise control). The apartment was a proper house, very well equipped with premium wood finishes and furniture. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with all you need for cleaning. Awesome waste differentiating bins! Super comfortable parking within the proper with a nice walk surrounded by nature.

Since there is no air conditioning (we knew this from the start), we wanted to sleep with the windows open because in July the heat and humidity are high, but only a small window had insect screen and it was not enough for airflow. The apartment had only 1 fan and only 1 room could enjoy it during the night. This is easy to fix, though, as I’m sure the owner can provide a second fan, we just didn’t ask. The place is slightly remote and the closest local shop has limited supplies if you’re in a hurry and need very specific items (although we recommend you shop there at least once because the staff are super friendly and helpful members of the local community), and larger supermarkets are available about 10 more minutes away in the car.
