During the careful renovation of the stone house, we have taken care to preserve the original architecture. The house enjoys, on the 1800 m2 of land, surrounded by fields, a wonderfully quiet location with stunning views. But it also offers the advantage of being able to reach the place with a restaurant and a small supermarket in 5 minutes. A holiday home ideal for families. Feel well in our Rustico. On 2 floors we have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You like to cook yourself, no problem in our well-equipped kitchen on the first floor. Make yourself comfortable in the living room on the ground floor. Enjoy the culinary delights of Italy in the shade of the pergola on our terrace or in the spacious kitchen with open log fires in the cooler season. Relax by the pool, unwind in the tranquility of the large garden and for children a paradise to play and run around. Everyone will find their favorite place here!

We had a nice stay in the rural and comfy house. It was a very nice place for us as a group of friends with enough space and nicely setupIt's nice and quite, a great view... If we come back to Marche we would definitely be happy to come again here

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Mergo. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits aber fussläufig vom Dorf. Hier kann man lecker essen gehen und im Dorfladen einkaufen. Den Fußballplatz im Dorf haben unsere Kinder gerne genutzt. Das Haus selber liegt wunderbar in der Landschaft. Es ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Rund um das Haus gibt es viele schöne Plätze zum Essen, lesen oder einfach in den Sonnenuntergang gucken. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und eine tolle Abwechslung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir waren sehr traurig, als wir gefahren sind. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war super, im Haus liegt auch eine Broschüre über die Umgebung, die wir viel und gerne genutzt haben. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub!

Uns erwartete ein perfekt vorbereitetes Haus in herrlicher Lage mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht in die Berge der Marken. Die Küche ist sehr gut, mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Von den Vermietern erhält man tolle Hinweise, wie man sich die Zeit vertreibt oder wo man gut einkaufen kann. Sie sind auch jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Einfach top!

Che piacevole scoperta!
Una dimora curata nei minimi dettagli dove passare una vacanza indimenticabile..comfort e natura, un binomio vincente.
Grazie ai proprietari Alexandra e Markus per averci concesso l'opportunità di passare 2 settimane davvero uniche.
