A hotel that has to be experienced to believe it, room was a bit dirty but the staff were super nice

It was like being in a fairytale, like Frankenstein or Dracula, but in a good way! The full moon was out when we visited, which helped. Not a lot of English spoken here but it was fine, winged it. We joked that one of the staff might be a werewolf cause the setting was so perfect. ( Staff was very good! ) Don't think they actually knew we were coming though we had booked before, but no matter, a room was prepared quite quickly. Which I guess is why they didn't have time to clean it properly but rushed to make the bed ready for us. While we waited we were treated very well and got soda to drink for free, some other staff gave me some limoncello even though I couldn't understand a word the others were saying. The breakfast was unique, the old man gave us sausages and other meats that he had made himself in his factory. It was pretty darn good.

There was dust / dirt here and there except on the bed which was totally clean, my wife was bothered by this but I didn't really mind, to me it just helped the exotic vibe of being in the middle of nowhere in this halloween hotel. We think they'd cleaned the room after the last tenant (2 months before?) and then staff had used the room as toilet and smoking parlor. but no matter. It said breakfast was included but they wanted us to pay like 5 euros per person next day. I didn't have the heart to complain about it, the elderly hosts were so lovely and so nice to us <3!

Dormito bene, mangiato abbastanza bene, molti margini di miglioramento con poco di più

L'accoglienza è di buone persone che cercano di acccoglierti a casa propria, avevano preparato delle patatine per i miei ragazzi del ciclismo, pensando di fare cosa gradita ma i ragazzi non possono mangiarle per la loro forma fisica. La cena era abbondante, e apprezzata da tutti, unica soluzione per tutti, atleti e allenatore, mentre al telefono si era detto qualcosa di diverso per gli allenatori

al momento del pagamento mi hanno informato che il prezzo sarebbe stato maggiorato del 10% se riiechiedevo la fattura. Questo nel sito non c'era scritto e per mè è stato un problema in quanto ce li ha rimessi la squadra, da 360 € mi ha fatto arrotondare a 400€, pagato immediatamente con carta e aspetto la fattura. Mancano gli asciugacapelli nelle stanze e in alcuni casi anche la zanzariera alle finestre, utile in campagna. L'arredamento potrebbe essere molto migliorato, stanze da due persone arredate per 4 posti letto con poco spazio per muoversi in stanza.

Abbiamo passato un bel capodanno insieme tra amici tra i colli vicino Belforte, in un atmosfera familiare con accoglienza calorosa e cibo tipico fatto in casa: una immersione nella vita marchigiana!

Una vacanza da paura

Siamo 2 famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati sistemati in un casale in campagna che avrebbe dovuto essere una struttura con 2 appartamenti. Fin da subito è apparso come un casale abbandonato. Infissi rotti, muri scrostati, impianto elettrico mal messo e privo di sicurezza. Sporcizia al limite del sopportabile e insetti all'interno. Stoviglie obsolete e sporche che avremmo dovuto usare. Impianto gas che faceva paura. Illuminazione scarsa e spesso non funzionante. Un casolare adiacente usato come discarica. Linea telefonica mai funzionante, con timore che avrebbe potuto esserci un'emergenza. Zero sicurezza per i bambini. Caldissimo senza aria condizionata e con la paura di tenere aperte le finestre per animali ed insetti. Ripostigli che era meglio non aprire. Ultima notte pagata ma con richiesta di lasciare la struttura alle 9 del mattino dopo e senza colazione. Probabilmente i proprietari hanno altre camere, ma a noi è toccato quello. A ns parere dovrebbe essere vietato mettere a disposizione certe strutture.

Praticamente nulla

Tutto , le camere non bellissime il letto stava su con dei mattoni sotto , il materasso scomodo e da una parte sfondato, insetti in giro sul pavimento , ragni sul muro , la porta non si poteva chiudere doveva restare aperta, in struttura non c'era nessuno a cui poter chiedere le cose , i telefoni non prendono , in piu colazione assente , cioè c'era solo un ciambellone e aranciata in bottiglia gasata non succo , brioss confezionate. In una struttura deve esserci sempre qualcuno in caso di urgenze o bisogni invece nulla.

La famiglia ospitante si è dimostrata accogliente, gentile, calorosa, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Colazione con cornetti freschi e caffellatte o tè, panorama bellissimo e ambiente rustico ma molto pulito.

E' adatto a persone che amano la campagna e i veri agriturismi, non per persone precisine o che amano la raffinatezza

Gentili ma non basta!

Il ragazzo e la mamma gentili

La pulizia ( bagno molto sporco , spugna già utilizzata nella doccia, ragnatele e ragni nella sala pranzo ) la cena molto costosa ( 25.00 euro a persona 1 adulto una ragazza ed una bambina di 8 anni ) per la qualità proposta ( pasta al sugo dove il sugo era inesistente, lo spezzatino di praticamente sole patate, gelato servito in un bicchiere di plastica tutto rigocciolato fuori ) , il materasso scomodo con mattoni sotto al letto per non farlo “scendere “ ed i lettini ugualmente scomodi. La mattina per le scale x scendere alla sala colazioni abbiamo trovato di tutto anche ossa di pollo!!

Una esperienza particolare!

È stata una esperienza. Il case è molto bello, ha dei potenziali, se fosse tenuto meglio, più pulito ed ordinato ma con la famiglia ci simo trovato benissimo, abbiamo cenato tutti insieme ed uno dei figli ha anche suonato il pianoforte per noi! È stata comunque una bella esperienza!

Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Gentilissimi e accoglienti i proprietari. Location tranquilla e immersa nel verde, molto silenziosa. Camera molto ben riscaldata.

Pulizia e sistemazione della camera. Letto scomodo. Il wi-fi non funzionava...almeno nei giorni che abbiamo passato in struttura.
