Casa Fabio is an independent house privately situated near the Sibillini National Park. The area for miles around is a jewel-case of natural beauty. This well restored villa is set in a stunning position at the feet of the Sibillini mountains. Five minutes drive away is the pretty hill-top town of Sarnano, popular destination for tourists in summer months, with a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops The house itself a newly renovated, fully fenced-in, the rooms are spacious and most inviting. The furniture is quite comfortable and everything has been thought of for guest’holiday enjoyment by the caring and friendly owners, including laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. So, Casa Fabio, simple blend of rustic and modern comforts, is a very affordable home base for small groups or families within easy reach of Macerata, Tolentino, Camerino, Fiastra Lake and the beaches of Civitanova Marche, the Sibillini Mountains National Park and much more. Wir haben das Casa Fabio in der ersten Septemberwoche gebucht. Versprochen wurde uns ein freistehendes Haus zur Alleinnutzung. Vorgefunden haben wir aber ein Haus, das von mehreren Parteien bewohnt wurde. Alles war etwas verwinkelt gebaut und das Haus sehr hellhörig, so dass wir im Haus selber schlecht Ruhe fanden. WLAN war entgegen der Angabe praktisch nicht vorhanden. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist extrem steil und wir waren mit einem Caravan angereist. Es wurde uns zugesagt, dass man ihn problemlos vor dem Haus abstellen kann. Die Vermieter sprachen zwar kein Wort Englisch oder Deutsch, waren aber ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit! Und der Garten war wunderbar und gut für unsere beiden Hunde geeignet. Aufgrund der falschen Angaben zu Dingen, die uns wichtig waren, kann ich leider keine bessere Bewertung abgeben.
