In Tolentino in the beautiful Marche countryside, a few kilometers from the historic center and in a super panoramic and quiet position is Il Podere del Fagiano. We have few choices for an EXCLUSIVE vacation!
Inside a private property dating back to 1800, the cottage offers its guests the possibility of staying in different rooms or independent houses, with a private gazebo and solarium, with exposed beams restored respecting the original shape, tastefully furnished and air conditioned. , satellite TV, wi fi. Orthopedic nets and mattresses. 6 beds distributed in dependence.
Inside the park there is a POOL for the exclusive use of our guests !!! you can choose between a three-room house with 2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed, or a studio house with 2 double beds.
Il Podere is located in a strategic position being in fact equidistant from the beaches of the Adriatic coast and the Monti Sibillini chain (approximately 30 km.) Come and visit us will be the opportunity to visit the many cities of art of which the Marche Region is rich, without ever losing touch with nature. The photographs do not sufficiently render the beauty of the place and the property, romantic sunsets, starry nights, far from any noise!

Daniela & Gustafo were very flexible and gracious while we stayed in their home. Though we weren’t there as tourists the cottage provided a convenient and homey base for conducting our business during our stay. We arrived on Easter—from South Korea after a ten hour flight and two golden retrievers—with everything closed. Daniela was kind enough to provide breakfast items for us in the morning. A wonderful stay.

De woning heeft 2 goede 2 persoonsbedden en 1 slaapbank. Airco aanwezig. Zwembad op 20m afstand. Mooi uitzicht! Compleet genoeg gemeubileerd. Buiten ook gelegenheid om te zitten of te hangen in een hangmat. Eigenaren Daniela en Gustavo zijn hartverwarmend in hun gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid. Ik kan iedereen dit huisje aanraden.Voor gehandicapten zijn er wel drempels dus niet praktisch. Ik snap niet dat hier zo weinig Nederlanders komen.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at Podere del Fagiano. The Casale is located in between picturesque hills and valleys 10 minutes by car away from the city of Tolentino. The property is very well taken care of with many different fruite trees and a nice swimming pool. The owners are extremly nice and helpful and did respect the guests privacy. We rented the trurquoise house being a family with 3 children + baby. The house has been kept in a good shape, clean and has got air conditioning in each of the rooms - much required during this summer.
We can recomend this place to anybody who wants to spend peaceful and quite days in a wonderful landscape. Daniela and Gustavo, thank you very much for hosting us during this very hot summer. We enjoyed your hospitality a lot :-)

We were so lucky to have found this beautiful location, it was breathtaking and so nice to be in the mountains away from all the major "tourist" sights. Pool was an added plus, everything spotlessly clean, sweet breakfast with great coffee to start the day. Add to all this wonderful hosts made this a much needed quiet getaway. Thank you Daniella and Gustavo!
