Casa manciano is located in the hills, surrounded by vineyards and olives, in the heart of the wine growing region of the
'Verdicchio'. 1.8km below Cupramontana, a typical Italian place with all shops, restaurants and bars for an espresso or aperitivo. Our completely renovated stone house has a fantastic and quiet location, with a wonderful view of the gentle hills of the Marche. The pool 8x4 with outdoor shower is beautifully embedded in the garden, so you can relax directly at the house. The Adriatic Sea with long sandy beaches is in 30 minutes and the rocky coast of 'Monte Conero' with beautiful bathing bays in 40 minutes. reachable. The 'Lago di Cingoli', a reservoir with swimming opportunities is 15 min. away. Hikers and mountain bikers can start directly from the house or drive to the famous 'Monte Sibilini' and the 'Grand Sasso'. Wir haben 14 Tage zu fünf Personen einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön und das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Anfang August war es extrem heiß. Dank des gepflegten Pools war es am Haus immer sehr erträglich. Nachts halfen die Ventilatoren, die in jedem der Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind. Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und gut ausgestattet. Pool wird regelmäßig kontrolliert und gereinigt. Die Höhlen in der Nähe sind sehr beeindruckend, Jesi eine schöne Stadt in der Nähe, gute Pizzaria im Dorf oberhalb. Ohne Auto ist im Sommer natürlich nicht viel zu machen.

Wir (vier Erwachsene, vier Kinder) haben in der Wohnung Alloro zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Der Kontakt mit den Verwaltern vor Ort war einfach und entspannt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen vom Dorf und es ist deshalb wunderbar ruhig. Nach einer kurzen Autofahrt hinauf nach Cupramontana findet man alles, was man so braucht. Wir sind auch mehrmals zum Meer gefahren, das in etwa 50 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Region sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
