A maisonette, only 30m from the beach with a large patio, offering unparalleled views of the endless blue, and combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you a unique experience.
The area combines a cosmopolitan style with a feeling of seclusion, which will make you enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.
On the ground floor, the property features an open-plan space with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a modern designed bathroom. In the lounge area, there is also a comfortable sofa-bed, which can accommodate two more guests.
On the lower level, you will find a bright bedroom with two single cozy beds and another bathroom!
In the bedrooms you will also find all the necessary amenities provided for your comfortable vacation.
In the swimming pool of the accommodation, you will experience moments of relaxation and seclusion. On the modern outdoor patio, on the sun beds, you will gaze at the sun while enjoying your favorite drink under the shady corner.

You can reach the area by public transport; connecting Kalamata and the international airport of Kalamata with Petalidi and Koroni.
Public transport is frequent and daily.
The area has many attractions and the best way to visit them is the car!
You will be able to enjoy all the beautiful beaches of the area and the tourist attractions.
Other Things to Note:
This is a great choice for all the seasons of the year! There is an underground passage that leads directly to the beach, so that you won't need to pass through the road! The left side of the beach is sandier!
The use of the pool from our little friends is allowed only under adult supervision and responsibility.
Our guests will be required to deposit the amount of €300, as a security deposit, for any damages upon arrival at the property.

The villa is in a stunning location, the pool and outside space were perfect for us.The interior of the property is lacking a few things but nothing major, it needs a little updating, the bathroom mirror on the first floor is still broken and 1 of the glass windows behind the couch has a big crack in it, first floor bathroom could do with some shelving for bathroom items and maybe form a step into the shower area to stop the water spreading to the rest of the property. More cooking utensils required for a self catering property and there was nothing to clean the bbq grill or oven with. We had to wash the crockery before we could use it as it was missed by the cleaner and the bbq looks like it hasnt been cleaned for a while , so we didnt use that.All in all it is a lovely property that just needs a few little things rectified and maybe a chat with the cleaner to make everthing 5 star.We very much enjoyed our stay and the items i listed did not dampen our holiday unlike the weather hahaha.

We really enjoyed our stay. The deck and pool were wonderful and the view was great as well. We enjoyed some of the nice villages in the area as well,Our host was very prompt with any questions that we had.

A great house with a beautiful view of the sea. Well located to explore the region and close to shops and restaurants.Just a small downside regarding the main floor bathroom, which is not very practical (no shelves and it’s difficult to shower without getting water all over the room). But everything else in the house and the equipment is perfect!

Fabulous house in outstanding setting and views. One cannot think of a more amazing place. We all enjoyed the pool, kids particularly. Very comfortable and great standards of cleanliness. The road below has very little traffic and not a problem. The beach in front is a non event. However the house is close to Petalidi village supermarkets, bakeries, and friendly tavernas (Argo recommended) but avoid the pizzeria (poor quality). A few issues at the start were quickly dealt with by the very friendly owner Vina. Our favourite beach turned out to be Peroulia with loads of sunbeds and a fabulous and friendly restaurant. Worth using the restaurant car park! Also recommend a visit to Koroni, a very pretty Venetian village at the end of the peninsula. Loads of tavernas by the sea. Don’t bother with Kalamata, a concrete building’s ghetto. It is a highly recommended holiday rental. Car necessary! However to find it look up Red Rock Villas. Villa Aurora is not listed on Google maps. Thank you so much Vina, we had an unforgettable holiday! Domi
