Great time again, Edwin continously upgrades the villa. Family of seven with three generations was very excited, we did not miss anything.

The property was amazing it had stunning views and was really well equipped.

in general, the place is out of this world, with amazing views, great interior, clean, great furniture and concept. Maybe the best I have visited so far from VRbo in Greece. The problems started with the power efficiency of the place... we were a group of 7 + 2 kids with plans to mainly stay - work - and enjoy the villa. This all-day stay together w usage of electronic devices led to power shortages and stop of electricity 3 of the 6 nights we stayed and 2 of the mornings. No electricity on this property means: freezer stuff melted and spoiled, no water to clean ourselves, no water for the toilets..., no fans for the night sleep, no way to charge our phone and communicate, no power to work with our laptops, no internet. We acted extremely politely and show full understanding to the owner, by accepting this issue and tried to have fun within this situation. we couldn't do anything to change it, so we moved on. Last day again we had a power shortage... We were 3 days like that, as a result, we couldn't use the dishwasher to clean kitchenware. Also to be completely honest we decided no to clean the house with no power since some party groups were disappointed and were thinking of a refund, and since we accepted this whole issue of the house with no complaints they didn't want to clean. So we left the garbage in the house and we left the dishes in the washer and some bottles and glasses here and there. When the person who cleans came to deliver the keys, (that seemed to have full compassion about the issues we faced w electricity), seemed discomforted because she should clean everything with no electricity (as she said). And since we hadn't done much, it was a huge task. After leaving she sent a message to the owner w video of the house situation, which was not clean telling him that with no power she will need more people. After that owner, issued a refund for damages of 150euro to us. NO DAMAGE was made to the house... the only thing is that we didn't spend hours of cleaning dishes and other stuff, with no electricity... So in the end, even though we didn't ask to be refunded for a place that didn't have water and electricity for 2mornings and 3 nights (no mention of danger like that on the listing...) we got fined because there was no electricity for the cleaning lady to clean... Isn't that amazing? Anyway now I have to fight back because I may be kind, but I am not stupid.
