PETRINO FOINIKOUNTA

We have visited the Peloponnese for over r45 years, several times a year, and Petrino is truly among one of the loveliest places we have stayed in. This little group of 4 houses are perfectly sited close to the village of Finnikounda. The beach is literally across the road. Don't let the proximity of the main road deter you, as it isn't busy and we truly had no traffic noise. We had two separate outdoor seating areas, surrounded by olive trees perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. The accommodation is airy and light. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a full sized oven and hob, fridge freezer and a plethora of pans etc. If you wishes you make an evening meal, there is all you would need. There are two shared washing machines, just along the path. The master bedroom has a super comfortable bed and the linens and pillows are superb. The large wardrobe and shelving is more than adequate. There is a mezzanine bedroom with twin beds. All areas have excellent and highly efficient air-con. The bathroom has a powerful walk in shower with constant hot water. We were asked how frequently we wanted house keeping. For us, every three days was more than adequate. This involved a full clean, changed beds and towels and new slippers, wash cloths etc. The whole place is so well maintained and absolutely pristine. Elias is the most perfect host. Charming and helpful. Responsive to any queries very promptly. Would be recommend - absolutely! Would we return - already booked! Highly highly recommend.

L’appartement était très confortable et bien situé pour découvrir la région. L’accès à un lave-linge est un atout additionnel. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute des demandes. Le vin et l’huile d’olive offerts sont appréciés.
