About this villa rental
Very comfortable cottage in one of Greece's most beautiful regions with large terraces, south facing balcony and magnificent views of the sea, coast, offshore islands and rocky peninsula. Quiet location between hilly olive groves, 2 km from the beach. Living room with fireplace and fully equipped modern kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 1x double bed, 2x single bed, 1x bunk bed, cot, baby bed and dresser. 3 bathrooms with designer sink, shower and toilet. Newly planted garden. Swing, children's pool and outdoor shower. Garage in the basement with washing machine.

Wir haben Ende August und Anfang September dort unsere Ferien verbracht.
3 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Très belle et grande maison avec tout le confort nécessaire.
Une vue splendide sur la mer dans un cadre très agréable ( oliviers et végétation méditerranéenne).
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Kamaria.
La location est située à proximité de belles plages de sable. Un bon point de chute pour visiter le sud du Péloponnèse.
Les propriétaires sont disponibles et tres accueillants.

Ein schönes Haus, tip top sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Garage ist super, das Auto war immer angenehm gekühlt. 2 Terrassen mit Sonnenschutz, super! Oben auf dem Balkon könnte man vielleicht auch noch eine kleine Sitzgruppe anbieten.
Leider kann ich keine 5 Sterne geben, weil es einige Mängel gab, die aber jederzeit abgestellt werden können.
Den 1. Punktabzug gibt es für die nicht funktionierende Spiegelbeleuchtung in 2 von 3 Bädern. Im Bad unten konnte man das Waschbecken nicht zustöpseln. Im Badezimmer oben war die Toilette oder der Spülkasten undicht.
Die Treppenhausbeleuchtung war ebenfalls defekt, man musste im Dunkeln nach oben gehen.
Die Beleuchtung an der Dunstabzugshaube war defekt.
Die Klimaanlage gab es nur im Kinderzimmer.
Die Insektenschutztür vom Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse war defekt.
Die Gartenmöbel und die Auflagen waren in einem sehr, sehr schlechten Zustand.
Den 2. Punktabzug gibt es definitiv für die Angabe der Wohnfläche. Im Inserat stand 137 m², da erwartet
man eine gewisse Großzügigkeit was die Räumlichkeiten angeht. Leider stimmt das nicht, die
Aussenmaße sind ca. 6,5 x 6,5 m also keine 50 m² im EG, im OG sind die Schlafzimmer sehr, sehr klein,
nicht größer als 12 m², die Badezimmer ca. 4 m² , da wurde wohl der große Balkon als Wohnfläche mitgerechnet. Großzügig gerechnet hat das Haus 80 m² Wohnfläche, + Garage.
Alles in Allem, wenn die Mängel beseitigt sind und man die Wohnflächenzahl korrigiert hat, ist das Objekt empfehlenswert.
