If you want to spend a relaxing holiday with friends or a large family, this holiday home is ideal.
The holiday home in the typical Greek style has charm and is tastefully furnished.
It is located in the middle of an olive grove in a beautiful hillside location with panoramic views, just 5 minutes from the beach and shopping opportunities.
The beach is less than 5 minutes by car.
There are many beautiful sandy beaches in Finikounda and in Pylos / Navarino.
Finikounda, like the entire area in Messenia in the Peloponnese, still offers gentle tourism, no hotel castles, wonderful, uncrowded sandy beaches, crystal-clear blue water, idyllic cycling and hiking tours.
Our two-story holiday home has two separate apartments with separate entrances, each with a bathroom and kitchen. Above with a balcony, below with two terraces.
The large property is beautifully landscaped with terraces made of natural stone walls, palm trees, oleander, hibiscus and many olive trees, an ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries.
Instead of a luxury villa, an authentic Greek house with sea views.
By the way:
A new concrete road, which can be easily driven on by any car, now (2020) leads up to the house. You don't have to make any attempts anymore.
