Prima ruimte voor een gezin voor een nacht, vlakbij het vliegveld. Erg schoon, veel (berg)ruimte en modern ingericht. Lekkere douche. Zelfs een wasmachine. Parkeren was ook makkelijk voor de deur of net om de hoek.

Hoewel er wel twee balkons aanwezig waren, was het uitzicht wat minder fraai, maar we wisten dat we midden in een woonwijk zaten. Bedden waren ietwat aan de harde kant.

My sister lives in the town and I was traveling over with my mom, other sister, and family friend. We were struggling to find a place that would accommodate the group while still giving us some alone-time and have enough cooking facilities and living area to spend time together. We ended up with two apartments here (which was great! The loud people in one and those who like to sleep in the other!) Parking on the street was easy and we felt safe walking around any time of the day (even as obvious-Americans :) ). We loved walking to the various coffee shops each morning and trying ALL THE PASTRIES. Seriously, try Αρτοποιειο Δρουλια on the main road for indulgent pastries and amazing bread. It was also easy to walk to the center of town for restaurants and there were walkable groceries. We usually drove over to Aldis for grocery shopping, but you didn't need to do that. We loved the laundry in unit after a week on the road and the beds were large and comfortable, the storage spacious, and the multiple balconies great to move air through the apartment and enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the back garden. The town is small and has opening hours to reflect that, but if you want a peaceful place to settle into the community for a little while, this is a great home base. I highly recommend you also check out volunteer opportunities at DASH, a dog rescue and sanctuary. We did have an issue with one of the apartment codes on the first day, but it was fixed within minutes of texting the manager. On trips like these, it's always a good thing for me when I don't have to talk to the managers/owners! But when I do, I always appreciate the fast response and comfort that they are not only available, but also are very competent. This is one of my longest reviews because I found it difficult to find off-season, larger rentals in this area, so I want to make sure they get a lot of good recognition!

Not a negative, more a word for the Americans traveling and not used to European kitchens: My sister is a professional chef, we were hoping to find a place with larger cooking facilities so we could take advantage of her skills! The kitchen is as pictured and it is perfectly functional for cooking normal meals. There were plenty of pans and utensils and a little googling helped us figure out the induction stove.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, άνετο και καινούριο, όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Η αισθητική και η πρώτη εικόνα του χώρου ήταν πολύ καλή.

Υπήρξε σοβαρό θέμα με πολλές μεγάλες μύγες μέσα στο δωμάτιο, παρότι δεν είχαμε ανοίξει παράθυρα. Το αναφέραμε το απόγευμα του Σαββάτου και μας είπαν ότι θα το ελέγξουν άμεσα. Ωστόσο, όταν επιστρέψαμε αργά το βράδυ, δεν είχε γίνει κάποια ενέργεια και ο αριθμός των μυγών είχε αυξηθεί σημαντικά. Αναγκαστήκαμε να κρατάμε συνεχώς κλειστή την πόρτα του υπνοδωματίου, ώστε να μην μετακινηθούν στον χώρο όπου βρίσκονταν τα ρούχα και τα προσωπικά μας αντικείμενα. Την επόμενη ημέρα, αφού είχαμε ήδη αποχωρήσει, επικοινώνησαν μαζί μας και ζήτησαν συγγνώμη. Ωστόσο, η έλλειψη άμεσης ανταπόκρισης επηρέασε αρνητικά τη συνολική μας εμπειρία.
