Dirty apartment and blow up mattress

The bathroom was ok, the bed in the main room was ok (but I wondered if the sheets were changed, judging by the ones on the gallery).

First of all, the property was listed for 3 people. The double bed was fine, but the for the third person, on the gallery, there was no bed or even a proper mattress, but a blow up mattress. Our friend (the third guest) decided he'd rather sleep on our beach mats on the floor. Second, the property was fairly dirty - leftover crumbs in the fridge, a chocolate candy wrap on the bedside table, a solid amount of dust and dirt on the floor everywhere, blankets thrown by the blow up mattress on the gallery. For the blankets on the gallery, we found a google review image in the same position we found them - so I assume no one touched them to clean them or at least fold them for some time. I don't expect everything to be spotlessly clean, but I expect the apartment to be at least decent when you pay for it, not a scam to just take people's money and do nothing in return. The AC barely cooled the place down. We found out that there are electricity restrictions in the old town (in terms of how powerful an AC can be) but still - not what you expect.

Great studio apartment

The apartment is in a great location right in the old town sector. Everything you need, it is really well put together. Would stay here again. Was easy to get in touch with the owner if need be. Loved it

Wish we had booked somewhere else to stay.

The location.

I do not get any pleasure giving this property such a low score. The bedding was very old and it felt very uncomfortable to sleep in. The bed was fine but the bedding was pretty dreadful although it was clean. The kitchen cupboards are falling apart and the crockery and pans etc. very limited. It says on the details that there is an kettle - there isn’t, it says there is an iron - there isn’t one and it says that there is a hair dryer - there isn’t one of these either. The information on booking.com says that someone will meet you at the apartment and that they require cash. We did get a text providing us with the access code which was totally fine but there was no one to take the payment and it turns out that they debited our credit card. The WI-FI information in the apartment is wrong and despite emailing through booking.com in the end we rang the contact and he did provide us with the necessary information very quickly but I would ask why the correct info wasn’t available in the apartment.

It was a little bit dated / old. I would suggest some new things such as an extra mirror, maybe update the shower and give some extra towels. But it was good for 2 nights!

The room was not cleaned and prepared. After a complain to the host, he asked a cleaning person to clean the room but the only changed was a bed/pillow sheet. The other parts of the room remained dirty. The most inconvenient part was the blanket was not clean! and we couldn't use it as we were allergic to the dirt.

Great apartment on an Instagram worthy street in the city center of Sibenik

No problems with a same day booking and a late check-in, everything was seemless. Great apartment in Sibenik. The street is adorable.

Nothing to complain about for a one night stay. I thought that the opening to the shower room was kinda weird, but that's my only complaint. Communication was so so.

I will never stay in this place again!

Very good location. Despite the fact that the apartment is located in the center, a quiet place.

I have been traveling for more than 20 years. Often even 30 - 45 nights outside the house per year. For the first time during all this time, when I arrived at the accommodation in the evening, I was informed that the accommodation is organized on a first come, first served basis and despite the fact that I have booked and paid for a duplex apartment with two double and one single bed, I have to stay in a small room as it is the only available (remaining) room. So, as I didn't want to spend the night on the street, I had no choice and had to spend the night in this room. In my opinion, this is unthinkable and completely unacceptable. Travelers should note that IT IS NOT PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE TO ACSESS THE APARTMENT BY CAR. If you have any bags, you will need to carry them by hand from the nearest parking lot. The nearest parking lot I found is about 200 m away. Personally, I did not find such information before booking the apartment. It was only stated that the apartment does not offer parking.

Another place than on the pictures

The location is good.

On the pictures it looked like we rented the two stories studio apartment, but we got a small one with a noisy fridge and just one room. Felt a bit like a scam. But since it was only one night I didn't bother to complain about it.

Beetles

Location near the city center, comfortable bed, smooth check in

There is a small hole to outside in the shower - see my photo. Through the hole very small beetles were entering. They lived on the walls and on the toilet. After two days I had my toothbrush full of little beetles :( :( it became very disgasting to use the bathroom :( Furthermore the cleannes of the room wasnt anything extra at all. It’s the pitty because the room and the location have a great potencial.

The Apartment is located in the historic centre of sibenik. Very beautiful location in the middle of beautiful small alleys. Parking is difficult, but wouldnt see that as a bad point considering the closeness to the historic sights.

Equipment in bad condition (shower, kitchen equipment). No kitchen towel. Bad lightning.

Está totalmente en el centro, tiene aire acondicionado y aunque aparcar es difícil en la cuesta que baja antes de los bomberos se puede aparcar. Recomendable 100% y llegada autónoma.
