Fantastic location. Beautiful atmosphere. Sweet patio. AC works great. Plenty of space. Clean & comfortable. 2 bathrooms, washing machine and clothesline were a bonus. Host was easy to get in touch with. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location in the old town - very clean, specious and comfortable.

Excellent house. Everything was clean and beds were really comfortable. Communication was great. Location was perfect in the centre of the old town. Very spacious and facilities were all great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location in heart of old town. Great accommodation. Spacious ground floor and kitchen area

Could have had some clearer instructions perhaps on use of TV, washing machine and appliances etc. Also a warning not to try and drive up the old lane to the house but to unload at the car park nearby and then park the car either there are at nearest available if full would be helpful. But these are just helpful suggestions. Its well worth the slight inconvenience and parking charges are reasonable.

It was a great space for our family of four, with plenty of room—and a much-appreciated air-conditioned bedroom for each of the girls! The house was comfortable, homely, and clean, and its location made it easy to walk to the town’s shops, restaurants, and bars.

Super Stay in Sibenik!

Very spacious and clean, everything was as described and worked very well for our needs and we plan to stay again if available. Would recommend for 1 person or a family. Or 3-4 adults as there is plenty of space.

The only thing is the showers are very small, European for sure but small even by this standard, certainly not a deal breaker but just so you know.

Beautiful, spotless house, fantastic stay.

The house is absolutely fantastic, we stayed for 2 weeks and it had every amenity we needed. Philip was easy to communicate with and always available in case of questions. The location of the house is perfect, in the old town but in a quiet alleyway. The house was extremely clean, I couldn’t recommend it enough for a family trip. One word of caution (not related to the property)- be very careful driving into the old town of sibenik as we were sent up an alleyway that wasn’t meant for cars. Navigation systems don’t work well in the old town.

An outstanding stay in beautiful old town Sibenik

Amazing location in the centre of the beautiful old town and perfect host. He met us on arrival and offered to assist us in showing the place / facilities. Everything was immaculately clean and the apartment is perfect for relaxing or exploring the nearby area. It is situated in the centre of the old town which is fully pedestrianised meaning no noise from Vehicles.

Exceptional

It was in such a great location and a beautiful place to stay!! It was comfortable for our group of five and the host was very kind.

We used the Turkish coffee maker which was available but it would’ve been nice to have other coffee making facilities as well.

St. Lawrence hat ein besonderes Flair... Wenn ma den richtigen Weg gefunden hat, sind auch die vielen Treppen gut zu bewältigen.. Waren sehr zufrieden!!!
