Very good sized, clean with good facilities and an excellent position away from the tourists

The flat is in a superb location with fantastic views of the water. It lies at the end of the front and is quiet. There are some really good locals bars etc. The flat was a very good size with a superb, well fitted out kitchen area. The bathroom was modern with plenty of hot water and the bed very comfortable.

Perfect location, very nice apartment, really good price value.

Perfect location just by the sea and close to old town, spacious, comfortable apartment, basically an entire flat, easy check-in, smart intstructions from the kind owner (with whom we never met).

Very minor comments: the floor could have been clearer, a better coffee machine (not filter coffee) would be a nice upgrade and a drying rack for wet clothes would be useful. But it’s nothing:-)

This is a great apartment in a very nice town everything on the door step lovely restaurants close by a 10mins walk to the beach and a nice convenience store 50m away.

Quiet and comfortable

Location was great. Lots of bars and restaurants just a short walk along the waterfront road where the unit is located. Communication was excellent and questions were responded to immediately. Fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy.

Exceptional

We are repeat guests at Casa Marina and usually our stay is long 1 - 2 weeks. Absolutely love the place and location. Apartment is big enough for a family of 3 and has all facilities needed for longer stays. It is a waterfront property at a less busier end of the old town with easy walk to all restaurants and sights. Definitely recommend this place!

Car parking can be a bit of a challenge due to limited vehicular access into Old town. However, the apartment provides free car parking at banj beach vicinity which is about a 8 - 10 min walk. This has never been a big issue for us the walk along the waterfront is enjoyable.

Pleasant stay.

Location. Cleanness.

Configuration of the place. Bedroom being on ground floor directly next to a busy public road. On arrival dropping off our luggages at the place and then driving about 10 minutes to park the car in a car park and walk back. Doing the same thing when leaving was not ideal for us.

Picturous little old town and modern apartment with all coforts.

Very nice modern apartment with beautiful sea view. Internet worked fine. Two showers and toilets were a luxury. Washing machine worked fine. Kitchen had all we needed for simple meals. Large fridge. Host was very responsive whenever there was a question. Very calm and right at the sea while not far from restaurants and a little supermarket 50m away.

The beds were too soft for our habits.

everything was Just super about the apartment. great location, Great accommodation, everything is available to live like it’s your own place…for me this was really my happy place. lovely to watch the view behind the little windows. communication went efficiently and we were welcomed upon arrival at the front door. I will defenitely come back and can highly recommend this apartment to couples, family, friends… also very useful was the washing machine ; as we are road-tripping it was very welcome to do a laundry 😃

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and absolutely enjoyed it. Location is great and parking was available nearby. All restaurants and sights in old town were within walking distance. Apartment has all amenities to make our slightly longer stay extremely comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here when we visit Sibenik again!

Internet/wifi was slow and service was intermittent which made it difficult sometime to videoconference.

Very nice location next to the sea with lots of sun, in a historic building with nice access to the old town, spacious apartment which is perfect also for families.

There are little things that could be improved and would make stay amazing. Heating did not work the first night, the second day the hook fell of the door and we were not able to enter (Marijana was super friendly and solved the issue, but it was obvious that this did not happen for the first time...), then we got another apartment which was great, but again 1 of 2 toilets was not in function - nothing dramatic as 1 was more than enough for us, but with all those little issues accumulating it leaves weird impression that owners want to save money on little things (which is a shame, as this could be a very nice and pleasant place to stay).

Great apartment for a long-stay in Sibenik with sunset views and lots of restaurants.

Fantastic location with a sunset view every night. Close proximity to the marina, a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Beach was only 10 minutes walk away. Apartment had a modern in the kitchen area which was very useful for a 2 week stay and cooking. A/C worked great. The bed was super comfy. Though no on site parking, you could load or unload without too much hassle. The parking was about 10 minutes walk away.

Wifi reception was not great, but not sure it's completely the fault of property as I had my own 4G hotspot with the same provider and still some receptions issues as well. The ground level apartment is right there on a very busy street, so expect noise. Recommend ear plugs which I have always when traveling in case of such rooms. I got used to it after a few days in the 2 week stay.

Modern, clean apartment, conveniently located for exploring the Old Town and near the beach

We liked the location of the apartment at the edge of the Old Town, and its modern interior. We were met on arrival by a friendly lady, who helped us around the flat and showed us the nearest shop and restaurants, then helped us find the parking.

There was an issue with the TV connection, which was promptly solved by the owner.

Superb

Our apartment was on a ground floor and in the morning the noise from the street was breaking the sleeping. Especially when the car or motorbike passed the house or laudy speaking persons. Next time we prefer to be not on a ground floor. Parking is quite challenging, as we have to go through the whole city, however, it was not so big issue and 5 minutes walking from parking place to the house is OK.

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Bester Platz um direkt am Meer, und direkt in Sibenik zu sein! Tolle, grosszügige Wohnung mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen, alles voller Qualität und Ästhetik, genauso wie ich es liebe :-) Sehr toll fand ich auch die klare und aufmerksame Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Wir bekamen direkt nach der Buchung alle wichtigen Infos von Tea aufs Handy geschickt, sodass wir sehr entspannt in den Urlaub starten konnten, ohne erst selber herausfinden zu müssen wie der Check in, das parken usw... funktioniert. Grosse Empfehlung!

Гарне місце розташування- піший доступ до всіх визначних місць . Собор Святого Якова - 5 хв пішки. Чисті апартаменти, дуже ввічливий персонал. Все доступно описано - ключі в ящику, код, місце парковки на добу - 5 євро ( йти пішки до парковки 10 хвилин). Як викидати сміття- картка доступу і рекомендація. Є все в апартаментах- побутові та кухонні прилади, білизна та необхідною хімією.

Все таки 1 поверх. З відкритими вікнами- не можливо . Проходять люди.

Dům v centru, velký a dobře vybavený apartmán, dvě koupelny, pro dva dospělé a dvě děti úplně dostačující, parkování auta kousek od domu, úžasný výhled na moře.

Appartement propre, spacieux, agréable et bien situé.

La visite de Sibenik peut se faire à pieds depuis l'appartement qui est situé au bord de l'eau et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et même d'une petite épicerie. La route qui longe le logement peut surprendre, mais l'isolation est très bonne, donc pas de problème. Appartement très propre avec des équipements modernes. La communication avec le propriétaire (que nous n'avons pas rencontré), a toujours été très rapide et efficace. Le parking gratuit n'est pas juste à côté, mais facile à rejoindre après une petite marche agréable le long de la côte.

Már többször voltunk itt. Szuper kedves és segítőkész a tulajdonos. Nagyon jó helyen van a kikötőben. Csodás kilátás az ablakből. Kisbolt 80m. Közel (gyalog) a nevezetességek, éttermek, strand. Nagyszerű apartman, két fűrdőszoba, minden szobában klíma. Jól felszerelt. Parkolót intézték a közelben.

A parkolóhoz sétálni kell. :-) nincs semmi

Séjour exceptionnel dans un superbe appartement

L'appartement était superbe: un très bel espace de vie, cuisine au top, deux salles de bains, l'ensemble d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout a été pensé pour le confort des occupants (beaucoup de détails, café, sopalin, pastilles lave vaisselle....). L'emplacement et la vue sont exceptionnels. Le fait que le parking soit inclu dans la location est un plus: il n'est pas tout à fait sur place, mais la petite marche de 10 minutes pour y accéder est très agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation un séjour dans cet appartement.

Prachtige locatie en appartement

Prachtige omgeving en een top locatie. Het appartement was ruim en erg schoon! Fijn contact via Booking en Whatsapp, goed bereikbaar.

De wandeling naar de auto viel niet tegen maar kan voor anderen wel een pittige zijn. Is +/- 10 minuten maar wel ook tegen de heuvel op. Het internet werkte niet altijd goed, maar op deze locatie heb je het niet nodig. Vermaak genoeg.

Tolle Unterkunft am Fischerhafen von Sibenik

Großes sauberes Appartement, alles was man benötigt und direkt unten am Wasser, am Fischerhafen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, speziell Cafés und Restaurants wenn man nicht mit Auto los wollte. Alles bestens, gerne weiter zu empfehlen

Ich würde beim nächsten Mal vermutlich die erste oder zweite Etage nehmen, da Erdgeschoss doch direkt an der Strasse, daher Fenster maximal ankippbar

Prostoren, svetel apartma s čudovitim pogledom na morje in ulico. Odlična lokacija in zelo okusno opremljen apartma. Tea nama je preko WhatApp priskrbela vse info, ki sva jih potrebovala. Zagotovo se še vrneva.
