About this apartment rental
Newly built apartment just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius.
The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower) a large living room with a comfortable kitchen.
The panoramic terrace overlooking the village and the sea is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends looking for comfortable and equipped accommodation to spend their holidays discovering Villasimius and the surrounding areas.

- large living room with sofa and TV corner, dining table, comfortable open kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine.
- Double bedroom with large wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Bedroom with two single beds (adaptable double), wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Two bathrooms, one with shower
- Covered panoramic terrace equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals.

Strategic and convenient location, between the beaches and the town center, both within walking distance.
The beaches and the sea can be reached in a few minutes on foot (Simius in 10 minutes) or by bike via the cycle path that passes in front of the apartment, in a few minutes by car or with the municipal shuttle bus service. Near the property it is possible to rent bicycles, while the shuttle service stop for the beaches is in front of the apartment.
Close to the historic center of the town and all services (supermarkets, pharmacy, post office and banks, bars/restaurants, car parks and electric charging stations, museums).
In the evening you can easily go out for a walk in the adjacent pedestrian area that develops around the main street of the town, where you will find restaurants, wine bars, shops and stands for shopping, crafts and traditional food products, sometimes shows and entertainment activities.
