Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa casa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero comodissima, vicina al centro e perfetta per muoversi facilmente senza dover usare sempre l'auto.
L'alloggio è spazioso e confortevole, ideale per una vacanza in famiglia o con amici.
Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Se dovessi tornare a Villasimius, sceglierei sicuramente di alloggiare di nuovo qui: non cambierei struttura perché la posizione, gli spazi e il comfort hanno reso il soggiorno davvero piacevole.
L'unico aspetto meno pratico è la cucina, che risulta un po' scomoda, anche se per un soggiorno di una settimana va assolutamente bene. Avremmo apprezzato qualche padella in più a disposizione ma non abbiamo chiesto e ci siamo adattati lo stesso perché per una settimana va bene.
Segnalo inoltre che la corrente tende a saltare facilmente se si utilizzano contemporaneamente tutti i fuochi del piano a induzione, quindi bisogna fare un po' di attenzione.

Clean. Good location. Welcome in person. Checkout in person. Responsive. Were able to provide second set of keys. Washing machine and drying rack. Well equipped kitchen. Beach umbrella. Elevator. Beach is 15 minute walk. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops, galetaria.
Would have appreciated some olive oil and washing powder.
Parking the car in the underground area was a little tight even for small suv (Renault captur)

Very specious, comfortable apartment, fully equipped, private parking in garage within the building. Excellent place to stay during vacation. The location is excellent and close to the pedestrian zone and center. Villasimius is a great location in Sardinia for exploring beautiful sandy beaches on south.
