The villa is located on Villasimius South East Side, architecturally designed and built with Top&Eco-friendly materials Choice. Luxury furnished ,equipped with all amenities and comforts.

Architecturally conceived, our villa is located on Villasimius Est Side, a jewel in the South Sardinia.
Built with only Top material choice, the villa presents square and clean lines, trying to to the construction philosophy of local and eco-friendly materials (organic dyes, French natural lime, terra cotta bricks and the local stone, the famous Granito Sardo)
Surrounded by a private 10 acres park with Mediterranean flora, the villa got a 100 mq garden with stone fireplace.
It is divided into 3 floors, plus a basement level (garage for 3 cars) all connected by stairs and panoramic elevator
There is a total of 4 beds, 3 baths plus another little one
Upper apartment (2 floor with 4 beds) not available, although connected by panoramic elevator and flight of outdoor stairs. Might be rented on request along the ground floor and first floor.

Wir haben 9 Nächte in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Der Kontakt mit Ornella und Enrico lief Reibungslos und sehr familiär. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und eine Grillstelle im Garten schenkte uns wunderbare Abende. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und Kaffee, Wasser und Küchengewürze gab es gratis. In die Stadt läuft man 5-10 Minuten, zum Meer sind wir immer gefahren. Unser Auto stand geschützt in einer Garage. Wir kommen gern wieder. Mille Grazie

Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, nous nous sommes tout de suite senti très à l'aise.La maison est très bien entretenue ,propre et très spatieuse.Nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir !
