Schöne Umgebung, recht zentral, trotzdem ruhig (bis ober unserer Wohnung Leute eingezogen sind), gut ausgestattet, Internet (nachdem es ausgetauscht wurde) sehr gut.
Es sind nicht zwei Schlafzimmer, sondern ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche, in der ein Schlafsofa steht. Die Wohnküche lässt sich nicht abdunkeln. Ich hätte dort nicht schlafen können, meine Freundin zum Glück schon. In meiner Anfrage wurde mir etwas anderes im Vorfeld gesagt.
In die Jahre gekommen (Boden, Mobiliar), dadurch wirkt es nicht so sauber, obwohl es tadellos geputzt war.
Kein Außenbereich. Das stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung, finde ich aber immer optimal bei einer Unterkunft in Italien, für warme Sommerabende. Der Balkon ist sehr französisch…maximal 50cm tief.
