Welcome to our home! Our three bedrooms flat, in an amazing and super central location of Rome, is perfect for those traveling with children or friends. Enjoy exploring the city with ease, the nearest tube station is just 4 mins walk away, near the main attractions of the city this apartment is the ideal accommodation for an unforgettable Roman holiday.
A few steps from Piazza di Spagna, in a splendid 18th century building, this beautiful apartment has a large size and consists of three spacious bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two single beds, a bright living room with double exposure, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), an equipped kitchen and a dining room.
At each guest change, the house is professionally cleaned and the beds made up with clean linen.
You will find at your complete disposal all the sufficient space to store luggage, clothes and personal items as well as a basic supply of towels and detergents for personal cleaning.
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
- please inform us the soonest you can about your expected arrival time at the apartment;
- check in time is 3pm - 8pm > ANY DELAY will be subject to an extra fee request (30€ for the first hour, 10€ more for each extra hour), the maximum tolerance is 10pm. The arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise check-in at your desired time may not be guaranteed;
- CHECK IN PROCEDURE > all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document upon the arrival to be registered to the Italian security authorities, as required by the current legislation regarding short stays (also minors); each guest is required to sign a short term rental contract (possibly before the arrival in electronic format);
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (children under 10 years old are exempt); the amount is collected exclusively by cash and in euros;
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- each stay is supplied with a set of linen and towels based on the number of guests and a basic supply of soap and toilet paper for each bathroom;
- it is not possible to wash the linen provided on arrival at home; extra linen and towels are provided for stays longer than 7 nights, without extra charge.
For shorter stays linen and towels change can be provided on request with at least 48 hours advance notice and the service cost will depend on the type and the quantity requested;
- please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am);
- extra cost will be charged on guests if the flat will be found at the check out in particularly dirty and untidy conditions.

We stayed in this property in Rome from May 20-24. It was an excellent place to stay for our all adult group of 6. There was A/C in each of the bedrooms which kept things very comfortable at night. We were in the heart of Rome in this spot... about a 20 minute walk down to the Colosseum and about a 25 minute walk to the Vatican, so it was VERY centrally located to see all the things you want to see and do in Rome. I would stay here again without question.

This was our second time staying at this property- ideal location for shopping, sightseeing & dining! Very comfortable, large space & very responsive management. Can’t wait to return!

We wanted a large three bedroom apartment with a dining room and living room near the Spanish Steps and we found it in the Santa Croce apartment.
The apartment is quite spacious and very comfortable. The living room seating in particular is good and the windows on both sides of the corner room allow for excellent natural light. The beds were good, especially the doubles in two of the three rooms. The location is perfectly central for higher-end shopping and is steps from Piazza di Spagna. The Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain are all within a short walk as well as two very convenient metro stops and taxi stands. The check in process was made very easy and hosts Ilaria and Elena were very responsive and knowledgeable about the area.
Because of the central and lively location of the apartment, it is unsurprisingly noisy. The windows have not been updated and do little to block out the noise, especially of the middle of the night garbage collection and street cleaning. We found earplugs essential. The apartment is generally nicely appointed but its interior is showing some signs of age, most notably the main bathroom, for example, which has a persistent musty smell and crumbling plaster around the windows as well as a tricky water tank.
The kitchen, as shown in the photos, is very small but the oven was an added bonus and the refrigerator was a good size, in spite of a missing shelf. Because it was the holidays we did cook and found the knives were not at all sharp and the only cutting board was in bad shape. While this was disappointing, it was not completely unexpected; who goes to Rome to cook, after all?
What we did find unexpected was the lack of basic supplies: one kitchen garbage bag, a paper towel holder but no paper towels and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for 6 people for one week. As veteran renters, we understand that most places do not provide unlimited supplies, but we felt this was not the most welcoming start. Luckily, there is a convenient and nice grocery store literally out the door and 10 steps to the left.
