Perfect location very close to the Spanish steps very clean apartment easy to access. Only one set of stairs air-conditioning work perfectly. Everything was clean, organized easy to access.

Perfect location very close to the Spanish steps. Many shops and restaurants super clean easy to access. Organize host. Perfect state highly recommend it very clean air-conditioning work very well.

The location is the creme de la creme! It is right next door to Cartier and then when you round the corner of your short block you see the Spanish steps! If you round the corner of the other block and walk a few shops down you see the taxi stand. You can walk just a short block to coffee shops for the morning experience with the locals. There are gelato stores on every street. It was like living like the locals right in the heart of Piazza Spagna but just enough off the path that it was not noisy. For a family of 4 it was an excellent value. We will 100% stay here again. We are from the USA and prefer it to be COLD and the AC was perfection even on the hottest day in July (the ambient temp outside one day during our stay was legit 127°F)! The property owner was so fast to respond.

The hot water was broken one day but when we messaged the property owner he said it was unusual and he had it fixed the next morning.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, πολύ καλή διαρρύθμιση και άνετο κατάλυμα . Καλός κλιματισμός. Καλές παρόχές( εξοπλισμός κουζίνας, πλυντήριο ρούχων, )

Καθαριότητα. Δεν ήταν έτοιμο το σπίτι στις 3 που έγινε το check out . Μπήκαμε στο σπίτι και ακόμη άλλαζαν σεντόνια. Μετά απο μισή ώρα ήρθε κι ένας υδραυλικός για να φτιάξει κάτι στο μπιντέ. Αυτό ήταν λίγο άβολο. Ακόμη το πάτωμα ήταν λερωμένο αφού οι κάλτσες των παιδιών έγιναν μαύρες.
