Apartment by The Spanish Steps

Great location, clean and with a balcony.

For us the staircase was ok, but for elder people or those with limited mobility it is an issue.

Excellent location. Booking was very easy and very last minute. Friendly team. Checked on us to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. Spacious rooms and well decorated. Very clean.

On the 4th floor. We had very very heavy cases and struggled to get them upstairs however was worth it. Perfect if you have hand luggage though.

Would suggest a pair of kitchen scissors would be helpful to open packets etc

The location was great, and supermarket nearby as well as easy to walk to places. I liked having 4 rooms that were of good size

The kitchen is poorly stocked with broken saucepans. The kettle wasn’t working. One bedroom doesn’t have aircon, and although a fan was provided it was very hot. The other small room aircon had broken too so we only had two rooms with working aircon and the apartment is very hot. The apartment is dated - the bathroom in particular has one light not working, and the shower is tiny. The pressure from the top is very poor and the handheld one had good pressure but the part is broken so it doesn’t stay high up. The apartment is up four flights of stairs - we knew this but would not recommend for anyone elderly!
