Booked the one bedroom apartment for myself and my daughter. Delighted on arrival to find a sofa bed (we thought we'd have to share the double) and lovely cold air con (in 39 degree heat). Lift worked no problem and location was perfect.
Didn't use the kitchen as such but looked for a spoon to finish a gelato and there was no cutlery!

The location was very convenient for seeing the various sights of Rome - nothing we went to see was more than a 40 minute walk away, with many sights within 10-20 minutes.
There were also plenty of small convenience stores nearby as well as bars, restaurants and retail stores in the area.
The apartment was beautiful and was very good value.
Would 100% stay again.
We found a couple of items that were missed from the previous stay but otherwise the apartment was really clean.

The location was excellent and Simone was very helpful on accessing the apartment.
This particular apartment was ok for a few days. It was located in the roof of the building so much of the space inside is angled, so there is a lot of bending down and watching your head when moving about. It was ok for a few days, but not for any longer.

Location
Basic amenities in the apartment, not even a shower mat. Very uncomfortable and old bed. Given the price, giving a better experience would really take minimal investment and add value to the property and the guest stay. They charge 25 € extra for late check in, not sure why since they only sent a code by WhatsApp. Nobody came to assist or anything. Basic message I can see from the host is: you are here to sleep and that’s it, so no attention on the quality of the place.
